• We all attended the first Sydney Facebook Garage, which is a developers meeting and jam, and was basically:
    • Facebook Platform Manager, Dave Morin via live-cam
    • A very interesting developers discussion panel
    • The chance to make a lot of good connections
    • Pizza
    It was around the pizza that we got to know Mick, a web technologies and communities expert based in Sydney. OK, to be completely honest that didn't exactly happen by chance. We liked some of the questions that Mick asked during the panel and sneaked up to meet him at the buffet. Mick, aka 'Liubinskas', Sydney: He has this to say about himself, "I’m a web strategist, which means I work on Internet technologies and help them succeed. My chief skill is in balancing the community, technology and business sides - I speak all three languages".

    Mick helped us a lot in giving PeopleBrowsr a 'Twitter feel'.
