Ecofabulous Editor-in-Chief, Social Media Consultant, and Country Music Chat Host join program
SAN FRANCISCO - February 7, 2012 - Kred Lead Advisor Porter Gale and CEO Andrew Grill today announced the appointment of the first three Kred Leaders: Ecofabulous.com Editor-in-Chief Zem Joaquin, Social Media Manager Sean Gardner and Country Music Chat Host Jessica Northey.
The Kred Leaders program partners with people who have developed strong community connections and exemplify the spirits of Influence and Outreach. Led by Ms. Gale, Kred Leaders will evangelize Kred and develop Kred Stars within communities connected by interests and affiliations.
Zem Joaquin (@zem and @ecofabulous), will lead Kred’s Sustainability Community, is a passionate advocate for spreading conscious consumerism for a greener world. Her beliefs and work resonate with the whole Kred team. She is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Ecofabulous.com, eBay’s Eco Lifestyle Expert, and a regular contributor to The Huffington Post. Mentored by noted sustainability evangelist William McDonough, Joaquin is certified BuildItGreen and a member of the boards of Global Green USA, Teens Turning Green, and The Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute.
Social Media community Kred Leader Sean Gardner (@2morrowknight) has a history of building communities to benefit the arts and charitable organizations. He is the author of the Twitter Powerhouses Series for The Huffington Post, and has appeared on CNN, PBS, and FOX. Gardner has led promotional campaigns for numerous non-profits, including Project Medishare, SeeYourImpact and World Vision. As one of the US’s most influential social media voices on Country Music, Jessica Northey (@jessicanorthey) has deep experience in engaging with communities to promote artists and radio stations. Northey is the Founder of Country Music Chat (#CMchat), the owner of digital marketing firm Finger Candy Media, and a contributor to TheCountrySite.com Network, Nashville Music Guide Magazine and Radio Ink.
